$650 per club — includes a $500 refundable deposit
Late registration (after July 5): $250 fee deducted from deposit

Eligibility Rules
- 1Sikh Identity: All players must identify as Sikh — self-declared at registration. Sehajdhari, Keshdhari, and Amritdhari Sikhs are equally welcome.
- 2Ontario Residency:All players must be Ontario residents at the time of registration. Proof may be requested — Ontario driver's licence or OHIP card.
- 3Masters Division: Players registering in the Masters division must be 45 years of age or older on tournament day.

Pay via Interac e-Transfer after your registration is reviewed and confirmed.
What to include in your messagetap to expand
Include all of the following in the message or notes field of your e-Transfer:
- Team Name
- Club Name
- Sport / Game (Field Hockey)
This is required to ensure your payment is correctly identified and your registration is processed without delay.
Payment must be received by July 5, 2026 at 11:00 PM to secure your spot at the standard fee.
Registrations received after July 5 at 11:00 PM are subject to a $250 late fee, deducted from the refundable deposit.
